Position splice
The LCE, position splice, consists of a LCE1 short clearance thread, LCE2 long clearance thread and a standard coupler threaded fully on the 2nd phase bar. This splice allows the connection of a 1st phase threaded bar previously cast in concrete or not, and a shaped and threaded 2nd phase bar impossible to turn.
The LCE splice can be developed with our different ranges of couplers, offering you the possibility to meet a multitude of configurations and constraints.
In addition, all our couplers are chamfered on one side to facilitate the self-centering of the bar and thus the implementation on site.
The couplers are manufactured industrially under strict permanent quality control, ensuring the traceability of the material and manufacturing by a marking operated on each coupler.
