Positioning

Two nuts are welded onto the tube to facilitate on-site installation.
By suspending the diverter by these rings, it will be naturally positioned in the desired orientation plane.

Its identification plate indicates the direction in which the tube is to be installed, as defined in advance with the customer: positioning of the plate at a given end, and positioning on the lower or upper surface in the case of curved tubes.

All you have to do on site is respect the tube’s inclination.

The raw material used

The raw material used to manufacture our tubes is grade E235 Quality 2 (S235 JRH) steel with a scraped inner weld seam.

Our tubes comply with the regulations for longitudinally pressure-welded, cold-finished tubes, and conform to standard NF EN 10219.
The material used is suitable for bending, end flaring and hot-dip galvanization (Class I – II steels).

A 3.1 certificate for the material can be supplied on request.

Standard – type C FR

Complies with NFA 35020 and Eurocode 2 fatigue requirements.

Withstands steels with an RM of 700Mpa.

Available and in stock for diameters from 12 to 43 mm.
